2011 SURVEY RESULTS FOR GET FIT KAUAI	Info
Survey results show high marks for GFK and impact to the community. The online survey to stakeholders was conducted in June, 2011, to evaluate the effectiveness of Get Fit Kauai and the coalition's activities. Thank you to those who participated in the survey and provided valuable feedback. 2011 Get Fit Kauai Annual Meeting	Info
The annual meeting was held June 9th, 2011 at Courtyard Marriott, Wailua, Kauai 70 people attended this year's annual meeting. The different task force chairs each gave a PowerPoint presentation showing their accomplishments of the past year. Jim Charlier, a nationally recognized transportation planning professional, gave a dynamic presentation showing the health benefit of creating walkable communities, a good public transportation system and the importance to have safe and pleasant places to walk.
