Kauai's Great Weigh Out (KGWO) is an 11 WEEK health and fitness challenge.

If you would like to participate in this year Kauai's Great Weigh Out, please download* an individual registration form and a team application. Also available for download is the "HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices" and the "Client's Rights and Responsibilities and Grievance Procedure". Team Schedule of Events, Feb-May Hoola Class Schedule.
