PHASE II: May 1 - August 6, 2005
IMPORTANT! If you did not participate in Phase I (8 weeks) of Kauai's Great Weigh Out, you will need to complete a health screening prior to registering for Phase II. Please follow this link and follow the instructions before proceeding.
Kauai's Great Weigh Out Phase II is the next step of KGWO and is FREE. It is a 14 week health and fitness challenge that will help keep you excited about the new lifestyles you adopted in Phase I of this program. Here's how it works:
1. You may participate on an individual basis or on a team of two - five people. Download your registration form, questionnaire and activities calendar here. Teams points (Fit Bucks) will be averaged, meaning that team member points will be added together and divided equally to get the team total. See example below. Pick whichever way works best for you.
Team Participation Benefits:
- Team Support
- Accountability to a team
Individual Participation Benefits:
- Independence
- Personal Accountability
Example of team points being averaged: This team's fit buck totals at the end of week one is 18. This means everyone on this team will earn 18 Fit Bucks for the week and this will also be the team total.
(You will not be given one of these sheets. This sheet will be for office use only)
