Fit Bucks can be earned by attending any or all of the following events. Remember, there are prizes for the 2 teams that earn the most Fit Bucks and you can use them to purchase prizes at the "Weigh Out" on March 6, 2004! Fit Bucks may be earned from 12:00 am. Saturday, January 10, 2004 until 11:59 pm, Thursday, March 4, 2004. All fitbuck totals are due by noon on March 5. You will earn 5 Fit Bucks for each of the following activities:

Other Ways To Earn Fit Bucks:
Eat at least 5 vegetables & fruits a day (recommend minimum 3 servings veggies + 2 servings fruit) (record on Nutrition/Activity Log) Max. 2 fit bucks per day 5-8 servings = 1 fit buck, 9 or more servings = 2 fit bucks
Exercise at least 30 minutes daily, NOT including Fit Buck activities (record on Nutrition/Activity Log) Max. 2 fit bucks per day, 30-59 minutes = 1 fit buck, 60 or more minutes = 2 fit bucks
Bring a Guest (not a team member or Me Too Participant) to Weigh Out Classes & Community Activities (must be a person able to actively complete exercise or event.) 1 Fit Buck for every person you bring; up to a maximum of 5.
